You can download the account statement from the tab once you are logged into your gaming account.
Click Generate report and set the desired date range. In the statement, you will find your personal information, gaming account balance, gaming history, status history, and transactions.
Please note the following:
- It is not possible to speed up the downloading process of the account statement.
- The account statement can only be downloaded in PDF format.
- You can download the account statement up to yesterday to include the data for the current day.
The account statement can be downloaded starting from 1.10.2021 onwards. If you need a file for an earlier period, please contact customer support.
The account statement can only be sent to the player's personal email address.
