What should I do if my withdrawal to card is rejected?
We recommend requesting your withdrawal via bank transfer, by entering your IBAN.
What if my bank is not listed?
If your bank does not appear in the list, you can withdraw via an e-wallet such as Skrill. You do not need to have made a deposit with this method; you only need to have an active account to complete the withdrawal.
How long do e-wallet withdrawals take?
Withdrawals to e-wallets are usually processed the same day, with a maximum timeframe of up to 24 hours.
